Kristi is the Director of People & Culture at Blackbaud, where she leads initiatives that shape a culture of belonging, connection, and purpose. Her work centers on designing intentional onboarding experiences, cultivating employee engagement through values-driven culture programs, and aligning corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts with the company’s mission to fuel social impact. Kristi is committed to creating an environment where employees feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.
A long-time advocate for disability inclusion, Kristi is a Founding Member of ProFound, an organization dedicated to advancing accessibility and opportunity for individuals with diverse abilities in the workforce. Over the years, she has partnered with numerous community organizations focused on inclusion, awareness, and support for people with disabilities - championing equitable access, representation, and respect.
Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UNC-Asheville and a master’s in HR development and organizational psychology from Villanova University.
